1) Introduction

Welcome to ShopGen (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By signing up for or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2) Services Provided

ShopGen provides fully managed eCommerce websites for a monthly subscription. Core inclusions: website setup, hosting & SSL, theme configuration, payment gateway connections, shipping integrations, routine maintenance, and basic SEO tools.

We may improve or modify features from time to time to enhance performance and security.

3) Account Creation & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Provide accurate, complete information and keep your credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4) Payment & Billing

Subscription: ₹499/month, billed in advance.
No platform commissions on your sales. Standard gateway fees may apply.
Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable.
Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services.

5) Store Content & Your Responsibilities

You own your store content, product data, and branding.
You are responsible for legal compliance, taxes, shipping, and customer service.
You agree not to list prohibited or illegal items and not to infringe third-party rights.

6) Intellectual Property

All platform code, systems, templates, and brand assets are the property of ShopGen or its licensors. Your license is non-exclusive and limited to operating your store while you are a paying subscriber.

7) Prohibited Use

Fraud, spam, or deceptive practices.
Malware, harmful code, or attempts to breach security.
Activities that violate applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

8) Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows and third-party outages may occur.

9) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful activity. Upon termination, your access to managed services may cease; you remain responsible for due fees.

10) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.

11) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
